IUSD’s sustainability team is hosting the District’s Annual Earth Day Student Poster Contest, which is open to all IUSD students. This year’s theme is “Our Power, Our Planet: School and Community-led Climate Action.”
Winning posters and videos will be displayed on the District’s website and social media sites. Student submissions will be evaluated based on originality, message impact and visual appeal.
Contest Details
- Participants: All PK-12 IUSD students only
- Poster Size: Max 12”x18” (🚫No AI) | Hand-drawn or printed digital artwork accepted
- Videos: 60-90 seconds; MP4 or MOV format (🚫No AI)
- Awards: 3 top winners per grade
- Entries: Individual or groups of up to four students
- Winners announced: May 30, 2026
Submission Details
- Posters: Drop off at your school front office
- All poster entries must be physical copies
- Include full name, grade, school, and parent email (on back of poster)
- Video: Email link to 2026earthdaycontest@iusd.org
